The Southern California National Premier League (SCNPL) is one of the twenty-one (21) Regional Leagues which are members of the US Club Soccer National Premier League (NPL),

The NPL has been created to provide a unified, league-based national developmental platform with the highest level of competition in given geographic areas, and to elevate and change the competitive youth soccer landscape based upon US Club Soccer's fundamental principles.

The NPL extends developmental principles espoused by the U.S. Soccer Developmental Academy into younger age groups and additional clubs, providing a platform for long-term player development. The National Premier Leagues (NPL) offer a platform for long-term player development by providing consistent and meaningful games between the region's top players and also provides opportunities for players to be scouted by the U.S. Soccer national staff.

The SCNPL will not be limiting Club participation to a few select Clubs. It is the intention of US Club Soccer and the SCNPL to look for Clubs who meet the overall criteria and invite them to participate in this National Program.

All teams entering will need to register their players with US Club and obtain US Club player and coach passes.

Games will be held at Inland Empire Sports Complex, San Bernardino Soccer Complex & OC Great Park in March through May of 2021. A select few teams from Las Vegas will also be participating.

Each team receives 25 SCNPL patches. For Spring 2021, all age groups will play per birth calendar year in line with the United States Soccer Federation mandate.
